The town of Bra has always beenlinked to cheese up to the point that the local "Nostrale" cheese has changed, through time, its brand in "Bra".
This is not due to the place of production, but because for more than one century the Cravero company had been dealing with its ageing and trading.
Wich place could then be better to organise "Cheese", the biannual event carried on by Slowfood and the Bra Municipality, that has brought in our town exhibitors from all over the world and more than 100.000 visitors?
